| Dear Potential Cabin Owner: I would like to give an overview of what Strawhouse Resorts looks like. Strawhouse resorts is ideally located in Trinity County on State Hwy 99, 1 1/2 hours from tow major population centers. The Trinity River (a well known destination for rafting, kayaking, salmon, and steelhead fishing), sends it's life giving water right through the heart of Strawhouse Resorts. At an elevation of 1,225ft, our weather and seasons for use are year round. The vision for what is happening here is one benifiting the local community by bringing in a destination resort. By doing this we will help increase the number of visitors that come and stay in Trinity County. This will create jobs and increase revenue for the businesses located here. The dream is a resort with family feel, where the guest, and you the cabin owners feel connected with the vision. We have most of the cabin sites marked for their cabins and have already begun the extensive landscaping that will give the resort its park appeal. (80 trees planted to date). In the near future you can expect to see 26 cabins installed by the Summer of 2005. Two full service restaurants: The Strawhouse, which is already in operation, and the Plazo. The Plazo will boast two banquet rooms and a cafe opening December of 2005. There will be a swimming pool by the Summer of 2006. (it may have a kayaking wave installed in it for added attraction).
